Hi,

I have been working and learning/evaluating eStore for a few weeks now and I have jit a wall. I cannot seem to find the anser I need to this question from your documentation. So I thougth I'd ask:

I am wanting to set up a pay per view site that allows the users to subscribe(or buy credits??) that allows them access to the site for a defined period of time or defined number of views of any products available. The revenue earned in this way needs to be shared with the authors of the products viewed, either based on the individual values of the products or proportionate share.

I hope that makes sense.

Is this possible with eStore and the Affiliate packages?

WP eStore and affiliate plugins does not deal with any kind of virtual credit system. It only deals with real world currency. Also, they cannot deal with "share credit based on product views"... these plugins deals with directly selling a product while maintaining the security of the digital asset. So, eStore and affiliate platform plugins won't be the best choice for you for this project. You will have much better luck if you use a product that was designed to work for the system that you are trying to create.
