    Hello,

I need some help with my secure rss feed. I had it working a few months ago but after upgrading to different versions of the emember plugin and wordpress I can't seem to get it working.

I have disabled all the rss feeds on my website china232.com now because I wasn't able to secure the feed to my VIP content. It was showing http://www.china232.com/feed?emember_feed_key=encryptedcode

But it was also showing content for http://www.china232.com/feed so I disabled all the feeds in my functions.php file for my wordpress theme temporarily.

I edited the emember_feed_template to include and enclosure for an .mp3 file and it worked before. I then switched back to the original file and now it isn't working and showing the content for both as well.

Is it possible to force a redirection of the feed to a new location for this purpose? Ex. http://www.china232.com/privatefeed?emember_feed_key=encryptedcode

And can I add a new enclosure in this file as well to include the mp3 file of the podcast? Or is there another way of going about this?

Sorry for the trouble again. I think I finally almost have the bugs worked out and I don't want to bother you.

Also, I'm using emember 6.4.2 and wordpress 3.1.2 if this helps at all

    Thanks so much.

    Also,

On a test site with the same configuration I still have a problem and I upgraded to the newest emember 6.5.7 to try.

When you use eMember to protect your content the RSS feed of that content will be protected the same way. So just because you can access the feed doesn't mean you can actually see the content of the protected posts. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can enable the feed and checkout what it is doing.

I sent you the site access. Please remember that I have disabled the feeds currently in my functions.php file. Just comment out the code if necessary in the edit themes part if you need to if you are testing. I don't want people to see the feed though so please take that into consideration when testing.

Thanks so much for the help!
