Setting up PayPal IPN: URL of the eStore IPN handler?

I've been following the tutorial to install and set up the eStore. I've been also setting up the PayPal account, but when I activate the IPN function in PayPal, it ask me the URL of the script that will handle the IPN (or so). What is this URL?

In several of your answers you refers to the optio of the IPN feature in the eStore settings, but I've not being able to find any, just the IPN feature related to other plugins (eMember and eStamper). Does this option exists in the current version?

In summary, when you enable IPN on your PayPal account you can specify any URL you like (example: your home page), eStore will override the value at transaction time.
