So far I really like your plugin.
Might you be at some point in the future integrating
Shipping Table Rates by weight/Region so one doesn't have to use the PayPal profile based calculator (and still get same effect.)
Two reasons:
1. The buyer doesn't know the shipping till they get to Pay Pal (OK not a big deal)
2. Much bigger deal...I've noticed that if the buyer DOESN'T calculate the shipping and then signs in to PayPal, he/she is NOT presented with the calculator again and is given the WRONG shipping - in my case the first price I have in my domestic table rate. I think this is a bug in Pay Pal ....A BIG BUG!
