Right now the shopping cart is under the "Categories, Archives, Tag." I would like to put it above it. Is there a way to set the position of the shopping cart in the sidebar to be on the top (first)?
Any help would be appreciated.

You can position widgets wherever you want them in the sidebar/s. Just click on the tab and move it to the position you want.
You can also delete any of the widgets Wordpress automatically places in the sidebar/s.
