Hi, I'm fairly new to Wordpress and I have been trying to update our website to be more visually appealing. I installed the extra shortcodes plugin and interestingly, some of them work while some do not. For example, the [wp_eStore_fancy3 id=1] works fine while the [wp_eStore_fancy6 id=1] simply shows the code instead of the actual product info.
Also, I cannot get any of my category thumbnails to be displayed at all.
Please help!
That sounds like you have a slightly old version of the extra shortcode plugins. Have you recently downloaded a new version of the extra shortcode plugin? When you go to the plugins menu in your WordPress dashboard what version number does it say for the "Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore" plugin?

You need to upgrade your extra shortcodes plugin. The curren version number is v4.x. Please delete the currently installed version and get a new build of the extra shortcodes plugin from here:

Ah, thank you. I tried just updating it but it said it was already the most recent version. Deleting then installing fresh worked.
What about the categories not showing any thumbnails issue? My products will show thumbnails but not my categories
Ok so thumbnails will now display for products using styles 3-6 but not styles 1 or 2... No category thumbnails at all. Any idea what could be causing this?
Please post a link to the page in question where I can go and see the issue. Do you have the "Enable Smart Thumbnail Option" checkbox checked? What version of eStore do you have installed?
