    Hi,

    I am having trouble getting either of the squeeze forms to work properly. I would like to use the Ajax form if possible, and it gets the end result processed fine (the email is sent and the link to the .pdf works).

    Here is the problem:
    Once the user inputs their name and email and clicks "Download Now", the "Processing Order...", the checkmark graphic, and the green "Email sent!" text appear both in the main page and on the comments section of the page.
    If the pingback section is enabled, they appear in all three sections (main page, comments, and pingbacks). The checkmark icon appears twice if pingbacks are disabled, and three times if they are not.

    I don't know how easy this is to fix... it's probably because of the theme. I'd use the regular squeeze form, but that one gives me a pop-up saying the email could not be sent and does not work at all.

    Thanks for your help!

    If you temporarily revert back to the default theme, does the problem go away?

    Ah, can't believe I didn't think of that. Yes it works... I will try and find another theme then! Unless you have an easy fix.. I liked that theme!

    Thanks=)

    Actually, it is still not displaying the way I would want it to, I was wondering where I could change the spacing of the form? I got rid of the download_icon.png since it didn't look good with my theme, but now it is too close to the form.

    I want to: Have the name/email entry forms beside "name:" and "email:" instead of under, e.g. Name: [ ], and I want an extra line break between the Email form and the "download now" button.

    If you could tell me how to do this I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

    What was the name of the incompatible theme?

    It was Simple Dark (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/simpledark).

    I switched to Suffusion (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/suffusion) and it worked.
