am using the Buy Now feature not the Add To Cart feature, is their a way to add the accept terms checkbox just like its used with the Add To Cart ?

Terms and Conditions with Buy Now Button

The "Terms and Conditions" checkbox is a cart functionality so "Buy Now" buttons don't have that but there is a really easy way to do this.
All you have to do is add a line similar to the following on the page where you are placing the button.
"You agree to our terms and conditions(link to the T&C) by clicking the buy button below"

I have added the "Terms and Conditions" option for "Buy Now" type buttons too.
