Hi I just bought your product and i am just wondering if there's a way to test the functionality without having to buy a product.

I would like to test how a customer is receiving an email, the link, the whole buying process.. Of course the paying part with paypal can be override.

    Thanks

Hi, You can test the eStore using Paypal Sandbox or you can make a test product for .01 and run a test. You will need to make a purchase to test that everything is working properly. The plugin will not send out the emails if it can not verify the sale.

    Cheers,

Hi Ivy, thanks for your response.

Is there a way in which I can send a coupon when someone buys for the first time and make the coupon expire in 3 days?

You can specify a special coupon in the "Special Offer Text" field of the "Coupons/Discounts" menu and the customer will get it only after the purchase but it is not possible to make time limiting coupons. You can only do usage limiting (e.g. 1 time use) coupons.

Hi, but how will the system know it is a first time buyer?

Let's say I want to make a coupon for a 10% off if someone buys a specific product and a 30% off if someone buy a quantity greater then $100.00.

At the thank you page the coupon will show there depending on the condition?

Nope, the special offer text box is there to offer a simple upsell option to your customer who just made a purchase. Placing the offer into the "Special Offer Text Box" guarantees that only a customer will see it after a payment (no one can view it by accidentally browsing to the Thank You page)

Thanks for your response, if I understand correctly no one will see the Thank you page by accident. But my question is: Will the Tank you page know which coupon to show depending on what the client bought? If he bought less than 50.00 it will show one coupon and if he bought more than 50.00 will it show a different coupon?

    Thanks

I also want the coupon just to apply to certain products so I am using the condition that says Item Id equals to 1,2,3,4,5 (the item Id's separated by commas) but it is not working. How does it has to be configured?

Nope, the special offer text box doesn't have any condition checking.

You can't put multiple item ids in the conditional coupon (It says "Item ID" not IDs). If you want a coupon to be applied to multiple items then add a prefix or suffix to these item names and use the "Item Name", "Contains" condition.

    Hi thanks for your response.

But I still don't understand if I add several coupons, when a customer buys a product the special offer text box is going to appear but which of the coupons is going to show or it will display all the coupons I have.
