Does anyone know if there is a way to convert or an option to make the cart work for the UK with GBP / £?

Hi, You need to change the currency settings in the eStore main setting menu. There is a setting called "Currency" you need to make this "GBP" and change the "Currency Symbol" setting to the "£". You will also need to make sure your currency setting match your PayPal currency settings.
