Is there a way to list only the categories (with image and description) on a page? I have category pages setup but would like one page that links to each category page that I can use for the "visit the shop link?"

Yeah, you can use the following shortocode:
[wp_eStore_list_categories_fancy]

Yes, I have that code to use on the individual category pages. I was wondering if it were possible to list the catergories only. Example: If there were 20 categories with various products. I want a category display with no products listed for each, that is a link to the individual category page using that code.
I just thought there were a way to to do that since we can add a product category photo, description and link when setting up categories.

I have added this option so you can use the following shortcode to display all the categories:
