Use of eStore with eMember with custom fields

Hello support,
Currently I'm using eMember for users to purchase recurring memberships. I need to purchase eStore because of Pay Pal API issues with upgrading a membership from free to recurring and the transfer the appropriate email address in eMember.

I have custom fields on the eMember registration page. Will this cause a problem if I'm using eStore? (Not sure how estore integrates with eMember)

WP eStore won't interfere with the custom fields of eMember.
