My developer and I have set up my site exactly as described, but are facing a pretty serious problem once members have paid via Paypal.
After a customer has made their payment, they are not redirected to a page where they can set up their account, nor do they receive any emails with a link for them to confirm/set up their account.
My developer and I have looked everything over 3 times and it all appears to be perfect on our end.
Your help would be very appreciated.

Can you please post link to the page where you are testing the products?
"once members have paid via Paypal" - are you using any membership plugin with simple shopping cart?
My developer was pretty certain that everything was set up properly, so we did not put anything in test mode.
I am not using any shopping carts, just WE-Emember and a Paypal "Buy now" as you described in your video.
Is there a way for my to send you screen shots, or provide you with my admin log on details?
