Hi!
I'm looking for a few suggestions :) I have a video for sale that's quite large...over 2GBs. A customer purchased the video (to her office computer) without a problem, and downloaded it, but it won't play in VLC. It seems it was damaged during the download? It's strange because I can download the video just fine and play it on my computers at home. I'm wondering if it's a firewall issue?
In any case, I'm going to try zipping the video and give a direct link to the customer (through a temporary folder)...but does anyone else have any suggestions?
