  • Possible Solutions (Related Topics):
    1. Show only the "Quantity: [ ]" field after my 'view cart' button
    2. "Add to cart" button...but with a link to "View Cart" if desired?

    Just to make sure... your only issue now is that the shopping cart is not getting empty after a purchase (when the user land on the thank you page) right? Please post a link to your product page. Which payment gateway are using?

    Hello Key Master,

    Well, actually I'm having two issues:

    1) Cart not reverting to Empty after Purchase

    2) Not Receiving Emails of Digital Products - http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forum/topic/not-receiving-download-link-nor-download-links-on-thank-you-page

    I'm using PayPal as my payment gateway.

    Could it have something to do with being Maintenance Mode? I'm using a Plugin so people do not buy while I'll debugging. I'm going to try to do it totally live and see what happen.

    Hello Key Master,

    So, I tried the transaction with the Maintenance Mode deactivated and it worked - the Cart is Resent to Empty after payment through PayPal.

    However I'm still not receiving the email with links to download Digital Products

    I'm going to try a transaction not in Sandbox Mode (through PayPal) and see it this changes anything.

    I'll let you know.

    Hello Key Master and Peter,

    I completed a transaction in Live Mode - not Sandbox - and everything is working EXCEPT I'm still not receiving the email to download the digital products.

    Please advice.

    Key Master,

    I figured out the problem. I had a plugin that puts the site in "Maintenance Mode" (so other could not get to the site) and while I could navigate the site logged into my WP account, the emails were not being sent. Once I deactivated that plugin, I started to receive the emails with the download links.

    Now it all works like a charm! :)
