    Hi darkmatter,

    Sorry to bother you again. I got the author to send me 3.4.8. So i uninstalled/reinstalled and did the same as before and its the same again, nothing is showing in the custom field.

    There must be something else I'm missing.

    Would there be any chance you could upload your files for me?

    Would really appreciate this!

    All working!

    I figured it out myself. This is what i was missing:

    In eStore_misc_functions.php:

    Before:
    $output = get_button_code_for_element($ret_product);

    After:
    $output = get_button_code_for_element($ret_product,'',$image);

    You can view the result here: http://www.lawrencemckenzie.com/equestrian

    Thanx a lot for your help though darkmatter!

    Yes, that's correct. Looks like I didn't mention that mod although I didn't remember it.

    Now to try and get a thumbnail of the pic in the cart along with the name ;)

    Nice going!

    K, I followed all of your instructions, and I have to admit that I'm even more of a novice than you guys claim to be... I have the buttons there, but for some reason the drop down isn't working...

    can someone take a look?

    PS: I spent the last 2 days trying to find this solution so am EXCITED that an end is possibly near! thank you all for your hard work...

    Can you run down all the steps you've taken?

    I followed all of your instructions..

    I installed the plug in, changed out all the code, uploaded the addtocart.php, created an item at $0.00, checked collect info, and it wasn't quite working...

    then later on page 6 of this thread, i saw that the span style was different so I changed that on the addtocart.php and that made the add to cart button show up with the text as you see it now... At this point I'm at a loss!!
