WP eStore and Wishlist integration Problem

I just purchased WP eStore and Affiliate software. I just finished integrating with Wishlist and everything seems to working fine except when testing I'm not receiving the email to complete the member registration to wishlist. I have followed all the instructions for integration that I can find. The debug file shows success on all levels but I don't see where the email is sent that shows in the eStore_handle_subsc_ipn.php file as // Send the membership signup email
$email_subj = "Complete your membership registration";
$to_address = $ipn_data['payer_email'];
$from_address = get_option('eStore_download_email_address');
$email_body = "Dear ".$ipn_data['first_name'].
"\n\nPlease Visit the following URL to complete your registration: ".
"\n".$message.
"\n\nThank You";

All the other emails are being sent just fine.

Is there something I'm missing? Are there more instructions in the WishList and WP eStore Integration package?

I know I'm probably missing something simple but I just can't see it.

Do you have anything in the "subscription_handle_debug.log" file? If you do can you please post it?

If that file is empty then can you please confirm that you have specified the "Membership Level SKU" in the "Reference Text" of the button?

I have checked the file and it is empty. I have also specified the "Membership Level SKU" in the reference text of the button. I have also tried again and same outcome. Here is what is in the ipn_handle_debug.log

This indicates that the subscription handling script is not getting invoked.

The following means that a subscription signup request was received and it should be hanlded by the subscription signup handling script which creates the member after talking to Wishlist.

Did you overwrite the "paypal.php" file that was in the Wishlist integration package? Also did you do "step 2" mentioned at the following URL?

I'm not sure what you're talking about by overwriting the "paypal.php" file that was in the Wishlist integration package. I was using instructions from the link you posted above. I did step 2, secret word right?

Was there a separate integration package that I don't know about?

I think you missed out step 1 maybe?

I went through the process and everthing works, and emails are sent, but the Complete your membership registration‏ email is minus the link to register, just has error.

What do I do now?

Hi, Please contact wishlist for the latest version. You will have to actually request the upgrade from them. Let me know how you go.
