Is there anyway to blacklist an email address from downloading digital content via Estore/Paypal ?

Are you trying to "blacklist" certain email addresses from using the squeeze page form? That's a rather futile exercise, but something could be coded... if there is interest, a "hook" to an external filtering function could be added to the squeeze page form, to validate the information.
As for PayPal is concerned, money is money. If someone successfully completes a PayPal transaction, you really shouldn't deny them the download, based on their email address.

At one stage I actually wanted this kind of feature for one of my sites. So I contacted PayPal to see if they have an option whereby I give them a list of email address that they should not take payments from for my products. It turned out that PayPal do not offer this kind of service. The reason PayPal gave me is that you can't really block someone based on their existing email address. If the customers really want it they can request their friend or family member to make the purchase and get the product.
The reason given to me by PayPal makes perfect sense so I never perused this path.
However, it is possible to code something on the eStore's end to do some checking as suggested by wzp.

Email addresses are free, so you would really need to build in some kind of clever copy e.g. they put in email address and it says sorry we are sold out and convinces them there are no more copies being sold.
If they really want it they will always find away around it.

No system would be perfect, but I am definitely having problems with people abusing my free trials...signing up, cancelling, resigning up.
Anything along these lines would be a great addition. Preventing access to the eStore buttons based on IP and/or email and/or name. If you integrate this with email addresses, users could sign up for more free email address, but you could do something where at least the PayPal email address triggers an alert. Even just an email to me saying 'hey someone signed up for a trial from an email address / ip address or name that already did a trial or had an account.' This would save a lot of manual work of going through each new sign up to find these myself.

I will look into adding something like a "Black List" filtering option in eStore. This will allow you to specify a list of email and IP addresses that the plugin will check during the post payment processing and warn the admin when it receives a payment from anyone in the list.
