Hie there is no "Plugin" on the left hand side of my page - please help.

Did you follow *these* installation instructions, or did you do something "different?"

I am supposed to Unzip and Upload the folder wp-cart-for-digital-products to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Where do I find the wp-content/plugins/ directory. I have a Mac.

Thank you I really need help with installing this for I don't know where the server is - I am used to clicking something and it downloads. This is new to me. Is there someone who I can talk to and tell me exactly what I need to do. Thanks.
