@Shahrul, this shouldn’t happen can you please post the URL of where you are using this plugin so I can take a look?
Reinstalling the plugin doesn’t delete any affiliate record or the settings. In other words nothing gets lost.

Okay I had a quick look and it looks like you have two sperate wordpress installation. One in your root domain:
http://www.hafizjewel.com/
and the other at the following URL:
http://www.hafizjewel.com/affiliate
You didn’t install the plugin on the wordpress install that is on your root domain. How is it suppose to track the links if the plugin isn’t even installed? It’s like you have installed the Akismet plugin on “wordpress install A” and you are expecting it to block spam comment on “wordpress install B”.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

Did you put the affiliate link on a different page then click on it to test or did you just enter the link in the browser directly?

@Affiliate, I can’t find your email address in my customer database. Can you please use a valid email that you used to purchase the plugin so I can verify it and give you proper support?

A programmer has bought the products and installed for me. He’s mail is unclearbit@gmail.com.

I understand… I can’t find your programmers email address in my database either. I would recommend you contact the programmer to address this issue. Due to people illegally reselling my plugin without my permission I have been verifying every purchase before I offer support. I hope you understand this.

yes of course but he has bought the plugin only for me and installed it.

I understand but I need to verify this.. there is a really simple solution to this.. please have your programmer contact me and once the verification is done I will be over to your site to address the issue.
