Hi Justin, The eStore has a multi site license and can be used on as many sites that you own. You can sell real products with the eStore. With that said the eStore only has simple shipping options. Hi Gina, This would not be possible with the eStore. The eStore only supports the following payment gateways.

Paypal
2checkout
Manual checkout
Authorize.net (this will be released shortly but is available upon request).

I just have to say that this product is bar none. Also the support you get is unbelievable. I have had some small issues with the shop and it got fixed right away and then some features that i wanted was added. I would pay for the support even since it is so good. Now i just have a few more things to iron out and it is all setup. Thank you ivy and admin for such fine support.

Thanks for such a fast response.. One more question.. Is there anyway to have it so the buyer pays the paypal transaction fees? I used another shopping cart where it would calculate the paypal fees and add it on to the purchase total.

Ok a few things

1. whats the current version of the plugin and is there an easy way to keep track of this and get the download?

2. Is it possible to have maybe a pop up page of some sort of link generated for the user after the item is purchased. I would just like the link that is emailed to also be displayed to the buyer after purchase.

Hi Matthew, Paypal does not allow sales with a “0″ amount. If there is a “0″ amount item in the shopping cart it will cause an error when you go to Paypal and will not allow you to checkout. You will need to use a squeeze page of a normal download button so this item does not get added to the shopping cart.

How does this plugin work with multiple digital downloads i.e. I have 3 digital downloads for sale and the customer purchases all 3. Do they receive 3 links or them to download each of the files or 1 link to download all 3 in one go. I’m presuming it would be 3 separate links but would just like clarification on this before proceeding to purchase the plugin. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Matthew, The eStore does not limit the size of the download, however your hosting provider may. You will want to check with them that your package supports large uploads/downloads. With eStore you can offer a product that sends out multiple download links for different products (All the links will be sent in the same email). You can not however limit the times the item can be download you can only limit the amount of time the link is good for (e.g. 12 hours). To do a free product you will have to use a squeeze page or a download button the following shortcode is for the download button option:

You will need to create the free product in the eStore for the free download the same way as if you where creating a product you wanted to sell.
[wp_eStore_download_now_button id=1]

Display a button that lets the visitor download a
product (this way the actual location of the product
doesn’t get revealed to the user when they
download it)

I have a shop and was wondering if i could sell digital downloads with large files. I have a shop now and love but would love to get mine in wordpress and switch site. I have one video that i offer in 15 parts. Can you script handle that ? can you look at my site now it sends email with downloads and they all expire after one download. Also does your product offer free downloads but keep them in the database ?

They want to add a cart but not sell – going to import file from their POS in a year or so …. Can your cart do this and or “quick view” pop ups?

Hi Robert, There is an upsell feature after the order has gone through. You can find this option under coupon/discounts menu. Authorize.net is on its way. It should be up with in the next week. We have finished the integration and testing is being done as we speak. This will be offered as an addon to the eStore.

Hi, wow great plugin looks good. I am curious if it has any “upsell” features or cross promotion while in the cart. Also an upsell feature after the order has gone through would be a great add. Or the ability to have special discounts in the cart such as ” because you are ordering X, you can get the following for % off” with a “add to order” button underneath. Anything like this coming?

Hey .. if your plugin supports “Liberty Reserve” or “WebMoney”? because I do not want the buyer to take the money back for no apparent reason. I want to sell the ebook and many forums said, many buyers ask for money back for some reason do not fit the description, paypal stolen, etc.. I really hate people like that. If you have one, please let me know.

I’ve purchased this plugin for myself and I’m very satisfied with the features and support.
I’m also considering it for a client of mine and I’d like to know if the manual mode can interface with credit card verification & processing service over SSL (or if there is another way for it in this plugin)?
