1.<\/strong> Once you have installed the addon it will appear in the eStore plugin menu<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> The addon automatically configures all the default form elements during activation.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> To add a new form element enter the following and click the “Save Form Element” button.<\/p>\n

a) Field label:<\/strong> The text for the input field<\/p>\n

b) Field Name:<\/strong> The name of the input field (it needs to be unique)<\/p>\n

c) Required:<\/strong> Check this option if you want to make this field required<\/p>\n

d) Display Order:<\/strong> The order in which this field will be rendered (example: 11).<\/p>\n
