Hi –
Great plugin! Bought and installed today and I have everything configured and ready to go – mostly. In a nutshell, I have a coupon set up to automatically apply a specified amount when the subtotal is over a specified amount. This works perfectly in order to sell a physical book and get an ebook download free.
On my view cart page I’ve added the shortcode [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1_when_not_empty]
Originally, I had it on same page as the items, but when it wasn’t refreshing properly, I thought that was the reason, so I created a separate page.
When I go to View Cart page via my menu, it shows the items correctly and the error code “Cart does not meet the minimum requirement for this coupon!”
If I refresh the page, it’s fine and it says discount applied successfully and the coupon amount comes off both items to make the subtotal correct. (I finally figured out that the discount has to be an even amount or it leaves a penny out of the equation.)
Refreshing the page *after* landing on it should be unnecessary so I’m assuming there’s something I haven’t done.
And just to make it interesting, I’ve found that after I make a change in the settings or a product or page and try it – like changing the short code from the plain cart to “cart when not empty”, it works. But then I test it a second time and it stops working and I have to refresh the page. So, if you test, test more than once. Here’s the page:
http://ryderpublications.com/books/
View cart is in the menu. Coupon is set to apply a discount of 2.98 when the subtotal is over 11.99. Using WP 3.3.2 and v6.7.1 of the plugin.
Thanks!

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin
also, you can use the following option in the settings to send the customer to your checkout page (where you have the shopping cart) after they add an item to the cart:
Automatic redirection to checkout page

I do have WP maintenance mode but it’s not in maintenance mode at the moment, obviously. Other than that and akismet and the estore, these are the only plugins.
Changing to the twenty-ten didn’t make a difference.
Unfortunately, adding auto redirect to the cart does not make a difference either.
Everything else is perfect – I set up pdt to redirect and that’s working great, too. Any other ideas?

Instead of adding an onload page refresh which is annoying, I’ve elected to use the other coupon option – to have the buyer manually add a coupon code at checkout which of course works because they’re updating the page to apply the code.
Hopefully when I use this plugin again, I’ll have time to figure out where it went wrong.
Thanks.
