Hi Sirs
Installed.
Wordpress 4.0 updated
I have wp estore updated to latest version, been working fine for a year.
I have a digital product of an entire music album which has been downloading fine as a downloadable product using the full purchase price and using the admin create encrypted download.
Recently, I don’t know when, I noticed it doesnt work.
Error is shown on mac/safari as filename.zip decompression failed, on pc chrome it says this webpage has not been found, it then gives the full url, with the last part encrypted.
If I try more than a couple of times to download using the encrypted link, it tells me that I cannot download as the link has been used too many times.
So something is working.
I have tried changing the name of the zip file.
I have checked the file is ok
I have tried this on a single mp3, same problem
I have downloaded the zip file using the direct url string, and it downloads fine.
I have removed the encryption function and tried downloading using full url, I receive the same error.
Please can you advise what the problem is?
Thanks
Simon

Hi, we will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
Very impressed with the prof of your team. Thank you for solving the problem!
SOLUTION:
You need to play with the settings in WP eStore->Settings->Addon Settings. I now have mine on choice 6. Working well for both zip and mp3.
