Hello
I made sure to check the option “Send Email to Member When Added via Admin Dashboard”. But, when a members registers and the admin goes in and changes their account state to “active” that email is not being sent to the member. Am I missing something?
Do you have the debug log option enabled in the eMember plugin?
I just turned it on just now
okay, now use the send email option from the admin functions interface. Then share the URL of your registration page so I can inspect a couple of things.
Do they get other normal emails (example: the registration confirmation email)?
Yes, all other emails go out ok. It is just the “activation” email that doesn’t go out, when we manually go in and change the account status from “pending” to “active”.
Registration page URL is:
I am not sure what you mean by the “send email option”.
Im in the admin functions area. Do you mean the “Generate a Registration Completion link” option?
When you are changing the status, are you checking the “Send a Notification to the User” checkbox and filling out the email content then saving the profile?
