is there a way can have customer to my store register so they can have their credit card info saved. also so they can view order history? track their package? save their affiliate promo code if they have one. edit their payment and contact info. also contact support while logged in. and also comment on the site when logged in.
No, eStore doesn’t do any user management by itself. You will need to use a membership plugin (example, eMember) to have a good user management capability. eCommerce plugin doesn’t do user management.
So if you used eMember with eStore then yes you could make your customer register for an account and then allow them to checkout (kind of like what amazon does).
In summary, some of the stuff you are after can be done if you use eStore and eMember together but some of the other stuff like saving credit card details on your server is not possible. There are security complications. For example, you will need to run SSL certification on your server and have rock solid security measurements in place before you can store your customers credit card details on your server (otherwise imagine what will happen if your server gets hacked). Setting up SSL certificate cost you money so these sort of setup will need to be handled with custom development. You won’t get such custom solution from an out of the box plugin.
