Hello, My site http://www.locality1.com expierenced some technical issues late last year and my host restored from a backup but created a new database copy with 1 digit difference in name.
Now I do not recieve a email when a product is sold nor does the customer recieve one, tried multiple email accounts.
Encription links do not work, just sends myself/ customer to a 404 error.
I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and dropping the Estore tables from the database.
I have limited knowledge with php etc so please be clear, any help would be great.
This is the only live product atm http://locality1.com/shop/?preview=true&preview_id=237&preview_nonce=7dc314b18d, I have spent hours testing different scenarios to achieve nothing.
The page you shared is a preview copy which you can only view if you are logged into the site as an admin (we can’t view it the same way you can view it).
