I have recently purchased eStore and added video products for sale, vids are hosted on Amazon S3
When I ran an initial test everything worked fine but my first customer received this link and then the following message:
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times. If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.”
I then tried updating the plug-in as per a similar post in this forum, disabling eStore first, but WP came up with this message
“Destination folder already exists. /home4/singvoca/public_html/shedlightevents/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/
Plugin install failed.”
Can you please tell me what to do next. I also want to re issue the link for the customer, how do I do this?

“The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times.” The default life of encrypted links is 24 hours or 5 clicks, whichever comes first. You simply had to reissue the customer a new link, using the Admin Functions.
“Destination folder already exists…” You tried using the WordPress upload manager. We recommend using a manual upload method for the plugins; preferably FTP in the binary transfer mode.
I tried to generate a new link in the Admin Functions but the same issue occurs. They used the link immediately and the problem occurred on the first try.
I will try the manual upload method and see what happens
You should also, personally try out a generated link; just to make sure you aren’t being scammed.
