Amazon S3 Downloads Not Working

I just got the plugin setup and followed the directions for using S3 downloads.

My customer had download problems. I generated a link with the admin functions and copied the download_manager_debug file.

The log entry looks correct. What is the specific problem that occurs when you download the file?

I didn't get any specifics from the customer. When I generated the link, I got the error:

NoSuchKey
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Key>manauls/Massey-Ferguson-MF255-MF265-MF270-MF275-MF290.zip</Key>
