Sometimes the clicks are tracked, but then sometimes they go back to zero. I have also not had any sales tracked. I'm using Eshop. My web is http://www.rrbooks.org.

What do you mean by "then sometimes they go back to zero"? What version of the eShop plugin are you using? Do you have the "eShop affiliate integration" plugin installed too from the following page?
