Greetings:
With the eStore plugin, I get the following statement:
“This page has been created by WP eStore plugin. Please do not delete it. You can hide this page from your navigation menu.”
This appears above the page where customer’s input their address for “Tax Purposes” and the page “prior” to checkout. How do I hide or remove this statement on both pages? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
November 7, 2016 at 11:09 pm #74539adminKeymasterIt shouldn’t show that message on the front-end. Your customers should never see that message. Lets investigate it and see why this site is behaving differently. Can you please share a link to your product page and tell me what I should do there to see issue?
Also, please do the following just to make sure there is not customization or other code changes messing things up:

November 8, 2016 at 5:14 pm #74540zelsteveMemberHello,
Thanks for the reply. As suggested — I re-installed both the “eStore and Tax Cloud” plugins to be certain, and cleared the cache on each re-install, but the issue remains.
Here’s the link to the page in question:

Thanks in advance.
November 8, 2016 at 11:56 pm #74541adminKeymasterYou can’t go to that page directly. The plugin needs to send the user to that page (it sets various parameter which will override that message). That is not happening on your site at the moment.
How can add an item to your cart then do a checkout so the plugin is redirecting to that page. As I requested before, please post a link to your product page where I can go and add item to the cart.
Have you already verified that you don’t have a PHP session issue on your site? The following post has a test that you can do to test and make sure PHP session is working correctly on your server:

November 9, 2016 at 5:47 am #74542zelsteveMemberVerified the site is not having a PHP session issue as per following the provided link’s instructions.
1. Add any product from the site or [https://doughboysupplies.com/access-control/]
2. Go to “Cart” (located on navigation)
3. Click update button on “Shipping options”
4. Click “proceed to checkout”
5. Page in question
November 10, 2016 at 2:44 am #74543wpCommerceModerator@zelsteve, There was a minor bug in the addon which have been able to fix. I just sent you a copy of the updated addon via email. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
November 10, 2016 at 7:30 am #74544zelsteveMemberYes, I am in receipt of the plugin and installed it. The bug fix has “resolved” my issue. Thank you.
