Hi Sarah, Please make sure you have the “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” option checked in the eStore “Settings Menu”.

  2. Sarah says:

    Hi,

I have it set up such that my shopping cart will appear on the page. However, once I click “add to cart”, it reloads the page and I am taken to the top of the page, and need to scroll down again to where my shopping cart is.

Is there a way so that it does not do this – i.e once I click on “add to cart”, it keeps me down the bottom of the page where I clicked.

  3. Ivy says:

Hi Michael, I believe what you are looking for is the email tags. You can find all the available email tags for the eStore here:

Please let me know if this is not what you are looking for.

    Hi Ivy,

that´s exactly it! Thanks a lot.

    Cheers
    Michael

    Hi,

is there an option / parameter to put into the customer email that displays the item-price, item-amount and the total amount/price in order to create some kind of invoice?

    Cheers
    Michael

  6. Ivy says:

Hi, You can find this setting on the Settings menu of the eStore plugin. If you do not have this setting please let me know and I can send you an updated version of the plugin.

    hi

where in the setting i ask the customer to accept “Terms & Conditions” before buying ?

  8. Julie says:

I have the t’s and c’s box set up, but it will allow people to purchase with out being checked… is there something I need to do to set this up so that the t’s and c’s button MUST be checked before they can purchase?

    Thanks, Julie

  9. admin says:

@Jason, this is not possible at the moment (you can manually tweak it though).

  10. Jason says:

I am wondering if it was possible to use more than one email for the notification email settings. Thanks great plugin!

  11. admin says:

@Deborah, okies.. I will update the help text for that field so it makes more sense.

  12. Deborah says:

    Is this the place?
“If checked the digital content will be offered as a download. If Unchecked the buyer will be redirected to the above URL when they click on the encrypted link (useful for v.o.d, video on demand system)”

I didn’t understand the directions. Maybe something like “If checked the digital content will be offered as an encrypted download”?

But I’ve got it now, many thanks!

  13. admin says:

@Deborah, Yes the customer never sees the real URL of the product. I have a feeling you have the “Downloadable” checkbox unchecked? Can you please confirm that the “Downloadable” checkbox (in the Digital product details section) is not unchecked?

  14. Deborah says:

    Hi,

I have the WP eStore plugin working correctly except for one thing. I did a test purchase and downloaded the plugin. When I, the customer, clicked on the link and it opened, it opened to the correct URL and not an encrypted one.

It was my understanding the customer would never see the real URL, was I wrong?

    Thanks,
    Debbie
