If you are a customer seeking tech support, please post your question in the support forum. This is to make sure the issue you are facing with the product is tracked and addressed. Reply to an email can end up in the spam folder without me knowing you never received it! If you post it on the forum then I will make sure that there is a reply to that forum thread within 24 hours.
This contact form should be used for general inquiries and pre-sales questions. I try my best to read and reply to every email but on an average I get over a few hundred emails every day. So sometimes I do fail to reply to some of them.
